Assoc. HR Specialist

Overview

Support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle administration, HR systems, compliance, and cross-functional HR projects.

What you'll do

• Support experienced and campus recruitment activities.
• Administer onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate benefits, leave management, and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and other HR systems.
• Support HR audits and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams on HR operations and projects.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Intermediate to upper-intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Clear professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Basic employment law knowledge.
• Experience with Workday.
• Experience working across various regions.
