What you'll do

• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through databases, job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Manage stakeholders and candidate relationships during selection.
• Schedule and conduct interviews.
• Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives.
• Manage offers and pre-onboarding connections.
• Support bulk hiring activities.

What you'll need
