Overview

Senior Technical Recruiter (AI/Engineering) in Hyderabad, responsible for leading full life cycle technical recruiting and employer branding for hiring needs.

What you'll do

• Lead company recruiting efforts internally and externally to attract talent.
• Manage full life cycle recruiting from passive sourcing to candidate onboarding.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to fill open roles.
• Assist with headcount forecasting, sourcing strategy, and process improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring leaders and prospective talent.
• Stay up to date on recruiting trends and implement new recruiting procedures.
• Organize and participate in talent engagement and other corporate events.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience (or 2+ years with a Master’s/Advanced degree).
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Highly responsive and positive interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility/adaptability to change priorities quickly and understand urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to recruit and source at all levels of the company.
• Proficiency in creating resolutions to complex problems.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
• Works from the office 2-3x per week (hybrid).
