Study Grant Analyst II

Overview

Study Grant Analyst II responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining clinical study grants and budgets across clinical research projects.

What you'll do

• Prepare accurate clinical study grants for Phase I–IV studies using clinical study pricing tools.
• Develop budget concepts for presales proposals in line with RFPs and internal policies.
• Lead grant creation, revision, escalation, and approval activities for awarded projects.
• Perform post-award grant analyses and support budget reviews and strategy sessions.
• Ensure grant information complies with fair market value and applicable healthcare compliance requirements.
• Deliver grant analyses, identify issues, and support process improvements and training.
• Complete administrative tasks and travel as needed.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in clinical site budget development.
• Experience using GrantPlan or Grant Manager.
• Experience in managed care, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries.
• Experience using industry benchmarking databases for fair market value assessments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Degree-level education or equivalent nursing or relevant clinical experience.
