Associate — Incentive Compensation Administration

Overview

Support the accurate and timely administration of field incentive compensation plans through data operations, reporting, validation, and process support.

What you'll do

• Execute recurring incentive compensation activities, including eligibility validation and calculation review.
• Extract, consolidate, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Prepare payment files, recurring reports, scorecards, and payout summaries.
• Perform quality checks to identify missing, duplicate, inaccurate, or inconsistent records.
• Respond to field inquiries and disputes related to eligibility, crediting, calculations, and payments.
• Maintain plan documentation, business rules, checklists, and administrative records.
• Support plan updates, testing, system enhancements, product launches, and process improvements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in incentive compensation, sales operations, finance operations, analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work with large datasets and apply documented business rules.
• Strong attention to detail in deadline-driven work.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in bio/pharmaceutical, healthcare, consulting, or commercial operations.
• Exposure to field incentive compensation processes and administration platforms.
• Experience with IC health checks, plan modeling and design, contest design, or goal setting.
