Overview
Associate supporting U.S. Channel operations for contracts, pricing execution, payments, analytics, reconciliations, reporting, controls, and documentation.
What you'll do
- Execute Channel activities including CDP updates, GCPS maintenance, payment packages, scorecards, trackers, and reports.
- Support contract amendments, pricing changes, fee and rebate updates, and related documentation.
- Validate scorecards, payment calculations, performance reports, reconciliations, and reporting outputs.
- Perform net sales reconciliations, DOH calculations, direct sales validation, and variance analysis.
- Support product launches, master data coordination, price list maintenance, and launch reporting.
- Maintain audit-ready evidence and follow SOP, SOX, and compliance requirements.
- Escalate data anomalies, processing exceptions, compliance risks, and operational issues.
What you'll need
- 2 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, finance operations, Channel operations, or related business operations.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a listed relevant discipline or related field.
- Strong Excel, reporting, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to follow SOPs in a controlled operational environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, attention-to-detail, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Channel Payments, distributor agreements, fee and rebate administration, Gross-to-Net operations, or contract operations.
- Experience with Model N GCPS, SAP, Conga, IntegriChain, SharePoint, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, or Power Automate.
- Understanding of DOH calculations, scorecards, reconciliations, payment validation, and compliance reporting.
- Experience with SOP development, issue tracking, audit support, testing, documentation, automation, or continuous improvement.
