Sr Associate - Contracts & Pricing

Overview

Sr Associate role managing pricing and contracting operations for JAPAC, with compliance, monitoring, reporting, system access, and automation support for ex-US countries.

What you'll do

• Execute contracts, pricing, payments, and accruals for JAPAC countries within required timelines and accuracy.
• Ensure SOX and IICC control compliance and maintain data integrity.
• Support and validate changes in SAP Vistex and related systems, including unit/regression/integration testing.
• Maintain Tableau dashboards and run related validations.
• Monitor data flows, identify/escalate issues, and investigate discrepancies.
• Support user access and workflow linkages in Vistex and Tableau, and execute pricing conditions (e.g., VK11) with VAT compliance in SAP.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years experience OR Associate’s degree with 5+ years experience.
• Experience in contract and pricing operations, compliance, functional IT support, or business administration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Vistex, and/or Tableau.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to operate effectively in global/matrixed environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
