ServiceNow Engineer- HRSD & CSM

Overview

ServiceNow Engineer focused on HRSD and CSM solutions, including HR and customer case management, employee experiences, and knowledge portals.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow HRSD and CSM solutions.
• Drive workflow automation, self-service, and AI-powered experiences.
• Configure and enhance Employee Center, Agent Workspace, and related case/knowledge components.
• Develop custom applications, integrations, APIs, workflows, and reusable platform components.
• Build and support integrations across HR, CRM, Identity Management, ERP, and other systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Support upgrades, release management, testing, and deployment activities.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in HRSD and CSM modules and ServiceNow Platform development.
• Hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR knowledge areas.
• Strong experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Catalog, Workspaces, and Service Portal.
• Proficiency in JavaScript plus core ServiceNow scripting elements (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts) and UI policies/actions.
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and SSO/SAML.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions (e.g., Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI).
