Overview
Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow platform solutions focused on ESG Management, Health & Safety Incident Management, and Audit Management.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow platform solutions for ESG, Health & Safety, and Audit Management.
- Configure and enhance ESG capabilities (metric definitions, data collection, reporting, disclosures, goals & targets, attestations, sustainability program management).
- Develop and support Health & Safety processes (incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions, safety observations, hazard management, regulatory reporting).
- Configure and enhance Audit Management capabilities (audit planning, engagements, findings, recommendations, action tracking, remediation management).
- Build workflows, integrations, APIs, dashboards, reports, workspaces, and automation within ServiceNow.
- Support testing, deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
What you'll need
- 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow ESG Management, Health & Safety Incident Management, and Audit Management applications.
- Strong ServiceNow platform development experience (Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Reporting, Workspaces, Platform Configuration, Automation).
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts) and UI components (UI Policies, UI Actions).
- Experience building integrations using REST APIs and SOAP services.
- Familiarity with AI-powered capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and GenAI-enabled experiences.
