Job description

Overview

Develop and maintain secure, scalable ServiceNow platform solutions, including applications, workflows, integrations, testing, releases, upgrades, and production support.

What you'll do

Configure and develop ServiceNow applications, tables, forms, scripts, policies, catalog items, workflows, and platform components.
Build and support REST/SOAP integrations, scripted APIs, authentication patterns, data imports, and transform maps.
Write, review, troubleshoot, and maintain JavaScript and Glide-based code.
Participate in technical design, estimation, peer review, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and release validation.
Support application promotion, regression testing, clones, patches, upgrades, and post-deployment validation.
Maintain technical documentation and follow security, source-control, development, and governance practices.
Improve performance, automation, reuse, upgradeability, and technical debt.

What you'll need

4–14 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Hands-on ServiceNow design, configuration, development, testing, and implementation experience.
Mandatory experience with Customer Service Management (CSM).
Strong JavaScript and Glide scripting skills.
Experience with workflows, Flow Designer, forms, catalog items, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, data imports, and transform maps.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub.
CSA certification for Developer and Senior Developer roles.

Nice to have

Financial Services Operations (FSO) experience.
CAD or CSM certification for Developer and Senior Developer roles.
Agile or DevOps delivery, CI/CD, source control, and automated testing experience.
UI Builder, Service Portal, Workspaces, React, Angular, or modern front-end experience.
Insurance or financial-services domain experience.
A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
