Invoice & Reconciliation Specialist

Overview

Invoice & Reconciliation Specialist responsible for accurate procurement financial processing, including matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts, handling disputes/exceptions, and maintaining audit-ready controls.

What you'll do

• Perform timely 2-way and 3-way invoice matching for hardware accessories and capitalized hardware assets.
• Verify invoice details against purchase records, including unit prices, license tiers, quantities, software titles/editions, and publisher details.
• Investigate over-billing, duplicate invoices, pricing variances, and exceptional cases (e.g., out-of-funds POs, overdue and replacement POs).
• Reconcile procurement financial transactions and maintain audit-ready documentation of matches, exceptions, and approvals.
• Process cost reallocations (chargebacks) by validating financial codes and updating the master reallocation ledger.
• Track and report processing accuracy, dispute resolution, and turnaround against service levels.

What you'll need

• Have 1–6+ years of experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or financial reconciliation.
• Have hands-on 2-way / 3-way matching experience.
• Have SAP AP / finance experience with strong controls and accuracy discipline.
• Communicate clearly in English to work with suppliers and internal teams.
• Handle disputes and perform root-cause analysis.
• Be familiar with SOX / financial controls and finance-and-accounting practice.
