Financial Analyst - P2P

Overview

Financial Analyst (Accounts Payable / P2P) overseeing end-to-end invoice processing and vendor payment activities within RTX Financial Services.

What you'll do

• Oversee invoice processing, transaction verification, and ensure timely vendor payment.
• Manage the accounts payable team including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Implement internal controls and procedures to prevent errors and fraud in AP.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions with general ledger balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze AP reports and metrics, and support process improvement.
• Coordinate with procurement and receiving to match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Handle vendor inquiries, billing errors, and disputes including adjustments/refunds.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years of experience in finance operations with a focus on accounts payable and related activities.
• Experience with invoice processing, month-end close, reconciliations, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Good knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• B.com/M.com/MBA-finance from a reputed college or university.
