Senior Manager - Accounts Payable

Overview

Senior Manager - Accounts Payable to lead Procure to Pay and Billing operations from the WPP SSC India and manage large-scale AP/AR finance operations.

What you'll do

• Lead Procure to Pay and Billing functions including vendor master management, invoice processing, order management, contract generation, billing, and inventory processes.
• Supervise P&L management, billing operations, and proactively seek business expansion opportunities.
• Lead and manage a team of 100+ FTEs to ensure operations and service delivery.
• Streamline business processes and documentation, including establishing and monitoring KPIs and metrics.
• Identify and implement automation solutions to improve turnaround time and efficiency.
• Collaborate with SOX, statutory, and internal auditors to address audit requirements and compliance.

What you'll need

• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in Finance Operations (AP/AR).
• Experience in SSC/Media.
• Strong communication skills for negotiation and reconciliation.
• Experience managing and leading teams for process operations.
• Strong experience in people management.
• Adept at developing procedures and service standards.
