Associate- Freight Audit

Overview

The Associate- Freight Audit will validate freight invoices, manage disputes and carrier payments, and support process improvements with logistics, finance, and transportation teams.

What you'll do

• Review system disputes and develop solutions with logistics service providers.
• Resolve disputes through recurring meetings with carriers and internal transportation teams.
• Transform data and address submission failures.
• Audit freight invoices against approved rates and coding requirements.
• Request credit notes or invoice resubmissions for discrepancies.
• Prepare KPIs on invoice status and freight spend.
• Identify automation and continuous-improvement opportunities.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in audit or accounts payable using SAP or other financial tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with Excel and numbers.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to use SAP TM, BN4L, and BTP for freight-audit activities.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, FMCG, or supply chain.
• Previous freight audit experience.

• Work mode: On-site.
• Employment type: Full time.
• Regular hours: 11 AM to 8:00 PM IST.
• Occasional EST time-zone overlap may be required.
