Associate, Medicaid – Contracts & Pricing Execution (AIN)

Overview

Support U.S. Medicaid rebate operations within the Contracts & Pricing Execution function. The role focuses on invoice processing, validation, disputes, payment support, documentation, controls, and operational improvement.

What you'll do

• Track invoices, prepare Model N uploads, process claims, and maintain operational documentation.
• Perform invoice validation checks covering units, NDC, reimbursement, URA, invoice, and source data.
• Support CLD formatting, control checks, utilization comparisons, and duplicate discount screening.
• Prepare dispute documentation, evidence files, payment packages, and reconciliation support.
• Maintain trackers, audit trails, decision logs, workpapers, and archival documentation.
• Support UAT, defect documentation, SOP updates, training materials, and process improvements.
• Provide documentation for audit, SOX, and control reviews and escalate operational risks.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare operations, managed markets, Medicaid rebates, finance operations, revenue management, claims operations, analytics, or related controlled operations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• Strong Excel, documentation, reporting, analytical, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet timelines, and follow SOPs in a controlled environment.
• Ability to collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Medicaid rebates, payer rebates, managed markets finance, claims validation, CLD processing, or rebate adjudication.
• Experience with Model N, PbN, Validata, Revitas Flex, SAP, SharePoint, or comparable tools.
• Knowledge of NDC, AMP, Best Price, URA, AWP, ROSI, PQAS, or 340B duplicate discount concepts.
• Experience with SOPs, audit-ready workpapers, UAT, automation, or process improvement.
