Overview
Support U.S. pharmaceutical chargeback operations within the Contracts & Pricing Execution function. The role focuses on claim validation, exception resolution, pricing and eligibility checks, deductions research, documentation, controls, and reporting.
What you'll do
- Validate chargeback claims, contract pricing, customer eligibility, membership, and product details in Model N / GCPS.
- Research and resolve claim exceptions, pricing discrepancies, eligibility issues, membership mismatches, and contract authorization errors.
- Review dispute and exception reports, reprocess corrected claims, and close open or escalated items.
- Support complex claim reviews by validating invoices, adjustments, comments, and evidence.
- Investigate wholesaler deductions and support recovery, offset processing, and status tracking.
- Prepare operational reports, trend analyses, KPI inputs, and ad hoc analyses.
- Support SOX controls, audits, process documentation, automation, UAT, and continuous improvement.
What you'll need
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, commerce, business administration, economics, life sciences, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations, chargebacks, contracts and pricing, finance, or related operations.
- Strong Excel, reporting, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a controlled environment.
- Experience with pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial operations.
- Knowledge of U.S. chargebacks, market access contracting, customer eligibility, and membership management.
- Experience with Model N, SAP, Revitas, or comparable platforms.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Government Pricing, Class of Trade, 340B, GPO contracting, or wholesaler operations.
- Experience supporting SOX controls, compliance programs, audits, or operational governance.
- Experience working with U.S.-based stakeholders and distributed global operating models.
