Order Management Specialist (SAP, Salesforce)

Overview

Order Management Specialist responsible for managing the end-to-end quote-to-bill lifecycle and ensuring accurate, timely order processing.

What you'll do

• Manage the order-to-billing lifecycle including order processing, renewals, billing, credits, cancellations, and order adjustments.
• Validate client, product, pricing, billing, and approval details to ensure accurate and compliant order execution.
• Provide primary support for sales teams and clients by managing order status and billing queries and resolving issues.
• Monitor orders, installations, backorders, and billing activities to meet service level commitments.
• Support billing dispute resolution, compliance requests, renewals, and customer account management.
• Collaborate on process improvements, system enhancements, and testing for changes (UAT/regression) and ad hoc initiatives.
• Maintain records, reporting, and tracking data while identifying trends and recommending improvements.

What you'll need

• 3-4 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management, Billing, Revenue Operations, Accounting, and Finance processes.
• Understanding of transaction financial impact including revenue recognition, invoicing, accruals, and GL impact.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce (Mandatory).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Reporting & Analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to drive productivity and process improvements.

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
• Working model: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in the office).
