Overview

Specialist in Solution Architecture role for a Salesforce-focused Technical Business Analyst, bridging business stakeholders and technical delivery teams in a Subscription Services Product Line.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with business teams to document and validate clear, complete, testable requirements.
• Translate high-level solution designs into sprint-ready tickets with Solution Architects.
• Maintain technical process flows, data mappings, and solution design documentation.
• Act as a quality gate for Definition of Ready and support story review ahead of sprint refinement/build.
• Partner with QA to develop test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) against acceptance criteria.
• Own SDLC, GxP, and release management processes with documentation, approvals, and traceability.
• Liaise daily between commercial business teams and technical delivery teams to align expectations.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience on Salesforce projects as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or Functional Consultant.
• At least 1 relevant Salesforce certification (examples listed).
• Strong ability to write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with process mapping, data mapping, and requirements documentation.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform (data model, security model, Flows, standard objects).
• Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management and sprint delivery.
• Proven experience working within Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum or SAFe).
