CFIN O2C Solution Architect

Overview

Order-to-Cash (O2C) Solution Architect for Central Finance (CFIN), responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting O2C processes within the CFIN framework while coordinating with business and technical teams.

What you'll do

• Configure and maintain O2C processes (credit management, billing, collections, accounts receivable) in the CFIN system.
• Gather requirements, document functional specifications, and translate them into system configurations.
• Enable integration of O2C processes within CFIN and with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) for data flow and automation.
• Provide functional support and conduct training for end users.
• Participate in testing and validation for new configurations, enhancements, and fixes.
• Monitor and optimize O2C processes for automation and efficiency improvements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in O2C SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CFIN, or IT architecture.
• 5+ years of proven experience in O2C process management with system configuration/implementation in SAP or similar ERP environments.
• Strong functional knowledge of O2C processes including order management, credit management, billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
• Experience configuring O2C processes in SAP or similar ERP systems and understanding integration points/data flows.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation of functional specifications.
