Senior Solution Architect - Service Platform

Overview

Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect for the Service Platform, leading enterprise design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution design from business requirements into platform architectures.
• Translate needs into user stories, technical designs, platform patterns, and implementation plans.
• Establish governance standards, architectural standards, and design review processes.
• Design and oversee custom applications, workflows, automation, and enhancements in ServiceNow.
• Architect integrations and data/migration approaches to ensure integrity, security, and reliability.
• Mature CMDB/CSDM strategy and support Discovery, Service Mapping, ITOM, and related initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, workshops, delivery guidance, mentoring, testing strategy, and documentation.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• At least 2-3 years in an architect, lead consultant, or technical lead role.
• Overall 10+ years of IT experience strongly preferred (15+ ideal for principal architect roles).
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations, custom application development, integrations, and enterprise module rollouts.
• Experience designing and implementing modules, workflows, integrations, data models, and platform governance.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex requirements and platform issues.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Details

• Location: Bangalore.
• Office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days per week.
• Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
