Job description
Overview
Own end-to-end solution and application architecture for a LangGraph-based HR agentic bot on Azure, integrating multiple ERP/HR systems across countries.
What you'll do
- Architect Azure-native infrastructure for agentic workloads using Azure services.
- Define integration patterns across heterogeneous ERP and HR systems (REST/SOAP/MCP/event-driven).
- Design for latency, scalability, and fault tolerance at enterprise scale.
- Guide and govern DS/DE teams on solution patterns, code standards, and deployment strategy.
- Lead sprint-0 architecture workshops and own technical sign-offs.
What you'll need
- 10+ years in software engineering experience.
- 4+ years as a solution/application architect.
- Hands-on Azure cloud architecture experience for solution delivery.
- Prior experience integrating enterprise ERP systems at scale.
- Experience with GenAI/agentic systems is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to solution patterns including LangGraph, LangChain, and Python-based microservices.

- Location: Bengaluru.
- Office availability: 2–3 days a week.
- Primary technologies include Azure, LangGraph, LangChain, Python, microservices, REST/SOAP API design, Docker, and CI/CD.
