Solution Architect - Agentic AI Platform

Overview

Own end-to-end solution and application architecture for a LangGraph-based HR agentic bot on Azure, integrating multiple ERP/HR systems across countries.

What you'll do

• Architect Azure-native infrastructure for agentic workloads using Azure services.
• Define integration patterns across heterogeneous ERP and HR systems (REST/SOAP/MCP/event-driven).
• Design for latency, scalability, and fault tolerance at enterprise scale.
• Guide and govern DS/DE teams on solution patterns, code standards, and deployment strategy.
• Lead sprint-0 architecture workshops and own technical sign-offs.

What you'll need

• 10+ years in software engineering experience.
• 4+ years as a solution/application architect.
• Hands-on Azure cloud architecture experience for solution delivery.
• Prior experience integrating enterprise ERP systems at scale.
• Experience with GenAI/agentic systems is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to solution patterns including LangGraph, LangChain, and Python-based microservices.

• Location: Bengaluru.
• Office availability: 2–3 days a week.
• Primary technologies include Azure, LangGraph, LangChain, Python, microservices, REST/SOAP API design, Docker, and CI/CD.
