Overview

Manager – Lead Full Stack Engineer (Advisory) responsible for delivering end-to-end implementations and leading technical work for full stack enterprise applications.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end technical implementations across backend, frontend, integration layers, and deployment workflows.
• Design and deliver scalable, secure, resilient, high-performance cloud applications aligned with enterprise standards.
• Build and modernize backend microservices using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop modern frontend interfaces using React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript with API-driven integration.
• Orchestrate deployments using Docker and Kubernetes and coordinate across DevOps, platform, security, and QA teams.
• Drive CI/CD adoption, troubleshoot production issues, and improve performance and reliability.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with full stack enterprise application delivery ownership.
• Strong backend depth in Java and Spring Boot.
• Practical delivery experience with React.js to guide frontend implementation decisions.
• Experience designing or modernizing microservices-based architecture for scalable cloud applications.
• Hands-on deployment exposure using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and handle complex implementation decisions independently.
