Manager, Software Engineering (Full Stack), Java&Angular -Bangalore

Overview

Engineering Manager role for full-stack software engineering, focusing on business-critical platforms for media supply chain systems.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of software engineers.
• Deliver and continuously improve enterprise content, metadata, and workflow platforms/services.
• Ensure platforms are highly available, resilient, secure, and cost-effective.
• Define and execute technical strategy, architecture direction, and roadmap priorities.
• Partner with Product and other stakeholders to deliver content and observability capabilities.
• Drive planning, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives aligned to quality and outcomes.

What you'll need

• 12–15 years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong foundation in cloud-native applications, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience in Java/Spring Boot, Angular, and AWS.
• Experience defining architecture and guiding technical strategy for engineering teams.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases and modern CI/CD practices.
