Overview

Solution Architect (Demand Planning) to lead full-lifecycle demand planning solution architecture and delivery for enterprise clients on the o9 platform, while mentoring implementation teams.

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end demand planning projects, owning solution architecture, detailed design, and delivery.
• Lead blueprinting discussions and make key architecture and design decisions.
• Recommend solution designs for complex customer use cases and pain points.
• Design scalable, performant, and maintainable solutions and provide detailed solution documentation.
• Bridge client needs with the configuration team to ensure build matches agreed design.
• Lead workshops, executive stakeholder interactions, and platform solution demos.
• Develop deep o9 platform and product mastery to guide architecture decisions across projects.

What you'll need

• 7 to 11 years of experience in full-lifecycle enterprise software implementation in supply chain or advanced planning systems.
• Deep knowledge of demand planning, including forecasting, consensus planning, forecast accuracy/bias, and exception-based planning.
• End-to-end supply chain awareness including Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Experience with SQL/data analysis, data models, integrations, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance-related discussions.
• Practice development experience, including cultivating internal talent and best practices for broader project success.
• Experience prioritizing system performance for high data volumes and performance monitoring.
