Overview

Services & Software Subscription Solution Architect for HPE’s Lead-to-Cash (L2C) program, responsible for end-to-end subscription solution architecture across combined HPE and Juniper portfolios.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for quote, order, fulfillment, entitlement, and renewal for services and software subscription offers.
• Translate subscription/SaaS commercial constructs into platform-level design on the target L2C stack.
• Design and document subscription data models, offer structures, and integration patterns across CPQ, order management, entitlement, billing, and asset management.
• Partner with business, product, and pricing leaders to pressure-test offer designs and define architecture runway.
• Lead design reviews and architecture decision records; resolve cross-workstream dependencies and align to enterprise architecture standards.
• Guide migration of subscription and support contracts from legacy systems to the unified platform.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution/application architecture.
• At least 5 years focused on Lead-to-Cash, CPQ, order management, or subscription billing platforms.
• Hands-on delivery experience with platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, Zuora, or comparable systems.
• Demonstrated experience architecting services and software subscription offers at enterprise scale.
• Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment with onshore/offshore delivery teams.

• Work mode is Hybrid, requiring work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnātaka, India.
• Onshore/Offshore: Offshore (as stated).
