Solution Architect

Overview

Lead customer-facing solution architecture and pre-sales consulting for Adobe Experience Cloud transformations. Partner with sales, customers, and delivery teams to design solutions, accelerate opportunities, and align delivery strategies, estimates, and timelines.

What you'll do

• Drive multiple customer opportunities in parallel.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, scopes of work, estimates, and timelines.
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to define business needs, use cases, requirements, and capabilities.
• Design solution architectures and recommendations tailored to customer objectives.
• Present concepts and solutions to customers and senior executives.
• Coordinate product and delivery groups for project execution.
• Improve solution architecture methodologies and customer-facing collateral.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of technical, business, or services pre-sales consulting experience as a solution architect.
• Experience with multiple Adobe Experience Cloud products; prior Adobe Experience Cloud knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends, personalization, cross-channel marketing, mobile, and data-driven experience optimization.
• Understanding of digital experience platforms and implementation use cases including CMS, analytics, personalization, CDP, ecommerce, DAM, and marketing automation.
• Basic understanding of ML, generative AI, and agentic AI within digital experience platforms.
• Experience leading client workshops and designing or integrating business processes across disparate systems.
• Ability to collaborate across Pacific and Eastern Standard Time Zones, including occasional late nights in IST.

Nice to have

• Adobe Experience Cloud certification.
• Understanding of custom software development and engagement methodologies.
• Experience managing agile development projects.
• Consulting Manager or Senior Manager experience.
• Hands-on AI and agentic architecture or deployment experience.
