Overview

Join the Preboarding Administration & Candidate Experience team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Trainee and gain exposure to the recruitment lifecycle in a global HR environment.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with talent advisors, business stakeholders, asset management, and candidates.
• Support candidate experience improvements.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Support the team with new assignments.
• Use AI-driven insights for technical and operational challenges.

What you'll need

• Completed a three-year non-engineering degree such as B.Com, BBA, BA, or BBM.
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026.
• Hold a Provisional Degree Certificate.
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be enrolled as a student on NATS with a valid student enrolment number.
