Sales Process Associate

Overview

Sales Process Associate supporting sales transaction processing and entitlement management at an HPE office.

What you'll do

• Execute operational activities for quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management, invoicing, and contract lifecycle management.
• Produce deal documentation and configure systems to reflect ordering processes.
• Generate invoices and manage client billing per service and product agreements.
• Record, update, validate customer and deal information and produce reports and analyses of sales processing activities.
• Manage customer and internal entitlement-related queries and resolve entitlement issues.
• Perform entitlement analysis from contracts, service agreements, order history, install base records, and system data.
• Monitor transaction queues, identify operational risks, and drive issue resolution to minimize customer impact.

What you'll need

• Typically 2-4 years of experience.
• High school or equivalent secondary education certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM, order management, quoting, entitlement, and sales operations systems and related reporting/analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills across multiple systems and data sources.
• Professional fluency in English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.
