ServiceNow Developer - ITOM

Overview

Develop and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions focused on CMDB/CSDM, Application Mapping, integrations, and Vulnerability Management. The role supports a global ServiceNow environment and transitions developed solutions to the Operations team.

What you'll do

• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Design and implement ServiceNow Application Mapping.
• Implement integrations with enterprise applications.
• Define CMDB governance and data quality standards.
• Perform data audits, health checks, and reconciliation.
• Design and develop ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for applications and integrations.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Expertise in ITOM, CMDB, Application Mapping, and Vulnerability Management.
• Understanding of MID-server architecture, Discovery, Cloud Discovery, and Event Management.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Service Portal, Employee Center, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, NowAssist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with SolarWinds, DataDog, or similar observability tools.
• ServiceNow certifications or conference attendance.
