Overview
Develop and manage ServiceNow AI Control Tower solutions for enterprise AI governance, lifecycle management, and secure AI-agent operations.
What you'll do
- Configure and extend ServiceNow AI Control Tower for AI governance and lifecycle management.
- Build AI agents, skills, flow actions, and subflows using Now Assist Skill Kit and Build Agent.
- Develop integrations with third-party AI platforms through Service Graph Connectors.
- Manage CMDB and CSDM data models for AI configuration items.
- Configure and troubleshoot plugins, scopes, dependencies, and access controls.
- Implement risk assessments, compliance frameworks, and governance policies with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage AI assets from intake and assessment through deployment and retirement.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including scripting and Studio/App Engine.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM, including CI classes, relationships, and data health.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Graph Connectors.
- Hands-on experience with ACLs, role design, and persona-based access control.
- Understanding of AI agents, LLMs, skills, and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
- Knowledge of AI governance, risk, and compliance concepts.
- Familiarity with MCP and A2A protocols.
- Experience integrating Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI.
- ServiceNow certifications.
- Completion of the ServiceNow AI Control Tower Implementation Bootcamp or equivalent training.
