Senior ServiceNow Developer, IT

Overview

Senior ServiceNow Developer for enterprise IT workflows, designing and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions using out-of-the-box features and custom development.
• Configure and develop modules including ITSM, ITOM, TPRM, and Employee Center Pro.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with architects and business systems analysts.
• Perform unit testing and support QA, UAT, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Contribute to continuous platform improvement, including technical debt reduction and optimization.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server).
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist.
