Overview

ServiceNow Developer role focused on architecting, designing, and implementing automated solutions across an enterprise platform.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of functional workflows and business rules.
• Build secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs to improve performance and automated capabilities.
• Translate operational workflows into automated ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/CSM/ITOM/HR/IRM domains.
• Perform code reviews and unit testing, and execute production deployments via change management.
• Create technical documentation, run root-cause analysis for periodic releases, and join a shared on-call rotation.

What you'll need

• 4+ years proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts.
• Experience integrating custom third-party APIs.
• Hands-on implementation/configuration in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HR, or IRM.
• Experience managing data migrations, code promotions, and Update Sets.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to manage multiple concurrent deliverables.
