ServiceNow GRC Developer - Senior Associate

Overview

Senior Associate ServiceNow GRC Developer supporting implementation and customization of ServiceNow applications for client engagement teams. The role combines application development, scripting, workflow management, and client stakeholder demonstrations.

What you'll do

• Implement and customize ServiceNow applications.
• Create and manage scripts and workflows.
• Perform work and deliverables according to IAC User Guides and engagement requests.
• Present and conduct demo reviews with client stakeholders.
• Monitor time and manage deadlines.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development activities.

What you'll need

• 4–9 years of experience as a ServiceNow application developer.
• Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Hands-on JavaScript experience.
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Service Portal, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
• Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, and related technical components.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Applications.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Fundamental understanding of GRC.
