Overview

ServiceNow Developer role focused on designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and ITSM/ITOM/CMDB capabilities for client needs.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
• Create custom ServiceNow features including modules, tables, forms, workflows, and business rules.
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Configure ITSM/ITOM/CMDB processes across modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
• Build automation, notifications, events, escalations, reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics components.
• Implement security controls including role-based access, ACLs, and data policies.
• Test, troubleshoot defects, perform code reviews, and deploy changes across dev/test/production.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience designing, configuring, and implementing solutions.
• Strong technical background and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) processes including incident, change, problem, and request fulfillment.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development including JavaScript scripting, workflow configuration, UI policies, and data import/export.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP web services, MID Server, and import sets.
• Understanding of relational databases with ability to write complex queries and perform data analysis.

Nice to have

• ITIL certification is a plus.
• ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CAD, or CSA) are highly desired.
