Principal ServiceNow Engineer

Overview

Lead the configuration, development, administration, integration, and support of Concentrix's ServiceNow environment. Provide technical direction and develop strategies for effective ServiceNow use within the organization.

What you'll do

• Lead ServiceNow support and solution implementations.
• Provide technical guidance as a ServiceNow subject matter expert.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other and legacy systems.
• Configure and maintain the platform under established governance.
• Assess user skill gaps and deliver ServiceNow training.
• Define and execute quality assurance measures and test plans.
• Participate in audits and an out-of-hours on-call rota.

What you'll need

• At least 8 years of ServiceNow analysis, configuration, development, and solution delivery experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with full-lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process modelling, gap analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in ServiceNow troubleshooting and custom application development.
• Experience with JavaScript and Jelly scripting, Service Portals, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, ITAM, FSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Performance Analytics.
• ITIL, ServiceNow System Administrator, or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience with Integration Hub, SOAP, REST, MID servers, and ServiceNow Mobile applications.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum development environments.
