ServiceNow UX Developer

Overview

ServiceNow UX Developer role focused on designing and developing intuitive, scalable, and AI-enabled user experiences across the ServiceNow platform.

What you'll do

• Define and drive enterprise UX strategy across ServiceNow.
• Establish design standards, reusable UI patterns, and component libraries.
• Design and develop UI using UI Builder (Next Experience), Employee Center/Pro, and Service Portal.
• Integrate AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Search, and Virtual Agent into UX workflows.
• Map end-to-end user journeys and use analytics/user feedback to improve experiences.
• Design UI integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, and data sources for real-time updates.
• Conduct UX/code reviews, ensure accessibility/performance/security compliance, and support upgrades.

What you'll need

• 8+ years overall IT experience.
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow UX development experience.
• Deep expertise in UI Builder (Next Experience Framework) and Now Experience UI Framework (Web Components).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs/integrations.
• Experience with Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Now Assist capabilities.
• Understanding of UX design, usability, and accessibility (WCAG compliance).
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
