Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Overview

Senior ServiceNow Engineer to build, configure, and enhance ServiceNow instances for HR and IT service management needs in Mumbai.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day support and guidance for corporate platforms used across the business.
• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications including modules, flows, and interfaces.
• Create and maintain a Service Catalog with request workflows and SLAs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and manage end-to-end integration and data migration tasks.
• Develop reports, performance analytics, and executive dashboards for IT/HR service metrics.
• Test and drive test automation for ServiceNow configurations and developments.
• Maintain technical documentation for all ServiceNow configurations and customizations.

What you'll need

• 6 to 8 years of relevant ServiceNow Developer experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development across at least 2 modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for ServiceNow scripting, development, and integration.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices for IT Service Management.
• Experience developing and running ATF test cases for verification and system stability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design ServiceNow solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
