Overview
Engineer III for ServiceNow at Anaplan, focused on administering and improving the ServiceNow platform and building scalable automation and integrations.
What you'll do
- Manage daily administration of the ServiceNow platform, including maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
- Develop applications, workflows, and automation to streamline processes, improve experience, boost productivity, and enforce data hygiene.
- Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems.
- Improve development capabilities to accelerate delivery without compromising quality and experience.
- Apply thought leadership to manage dependencies, security, and performance/stability.
- Maintain instance health using ServiceNow best practices and OOTB features.
- Maintain compliance and support controlled adoption of upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
What you'll need
- Around 8 years of software development experience.
- At least 3 years of ServiceNow platform/product development and implementation experience.
- JavaScript and XML experience.
- REST/SOAP APIs experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow Products including ITSM, ITAM/HAM/SAM, CSM, and ITOM.
- Scoped/custom applications; Integration Hub; and Flow Designer experience.
- ServiceNow certifications: Application Developer and Certified System Administrator (latest supported version).
