Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Senior Integrations Engineer to design, build, deploy and own scalable integration solutions, automations, and AI chatbot development.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy scalable integration solutions and automations.
• Develop AI chatbots using various technologies across multiple domains.
• Build scalable data pipelines using modern cloud architectures.
• Ensure integrations meet best practices for data quality, accuracy, operability, and security.
• Build automations using integrator.io and AI concepts to remove redundant tasks.
• Serve as owner and final escalation point for integrations.
• Write technical documentation and develop support processes and procedures.

What you'll need

• Proven experience developing AI agents/bots that interact with tools and systems to act on business insights.
• Expertise integrating LLMs (OpenAI GPT series, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) with external APIs, vector databases, and enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context management, and orchestration of multi-step AI tasks.
• At least 5 years designing and building integration solutions (ideally in Sales or Customer Success domains).
• Proficiency with enterprise iPaaS platforms such as Celigo, Snaplogic, Boomi, or Mulesoft.
• Strong REST and SOAP API integration experience, including 2+ years of JSON and XML schema design.
• Proficiency with JavaScript for data processing in integration projects.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, SAML2, and JWT bearer tokens.
