Overview

ServiceNow Developer (IT) to design, develop, and enhance scalable ServiceNow solutions for enterprise IT workflows and digital transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Develop ServiceNow solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities and custom development (Scoped Apps, workflows, integrations).
• Configure and develop modules including ITSM, ITOM, TPRM, and Employee Center Pro.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party systems.
• Deliver reusable, scalable code aligned with platform standards and design guidelines.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with architects and business systems analysts.
• Perform unit testing and support QA, UAT, and production deployments.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide API.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP and MID Server.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator).
