HR Service Delivery – Associate, HR Business Partners

Overview

Associate role in India Service Delivery within the HCMES Service Delivery function, focused on HR operations support, escalation resolution, and process/automation improvements across hire-to-retire.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end resolution of escalations and complex employee/HR Business Partner inquiries while meeting defined SLAs.
• Act as senior point of contact for the India Coverage team on hire-to-retire processes and manage high-priority or sensitive cases.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to identify pain points and recommend process, policy, or system enhancements.
• Manage relocation, leave management, workforce reduction, and exit processes end-to-end with policy and statutory adherence.
• Analyze ticket trends, root causes, and volume patterns to produce RCAs, process improvements, and automation opportunities.
• Lead process documentation, SOP updates, and knowledge management for operational consistency and audit readiness (KMCS compliance).
• Collaborate with Payroll, Mobility, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Benefits, and Technology to ensure seamless service delivery.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Service Delivery, or Shared Services.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven stakeholder management skills to build trust and influence across seniority levels.
• Strong analytical and data comprehension skills for large datasets, trend identification, and RCAs.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivots, lookups, formulas, data analysis).
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced work with competing priorities and short turnaround times.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
