Staff Data Analyst, People Analytics

Overview

Staff Data Analyst for People Analytics, responsible for developing and enhancing workforce and employee lifecycle insights using advanced analytics and AI techniques.

What you'll do

• Develop dashboards and reports covering the employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, development, exit).
• Deliver analytics for hiring, attrition, engagement, performance, promotions, compensation, headcount, and organizational health.
• Build scalable, self-service reporting solutions for trusted workforce insights.
• Design predictive analytics models to identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Apply statistical methods including regression, clustering, forecasting, survival analysis, and segmentation.
• Use NLP to analyze employee feedback and derive themes and actionable insights.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, SQL, and enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and Greenhouse.
• Strong programming skills using Python and/or R for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Experience applying advanced statistical methods including regression, clustering, forecasting, text analytics, and sentiment analysis.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets with data management and governance practices.
• Clear communication and visualization skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
