Global Size Data Analyst - Data Pillar

Overview

The Global Size Data Analyst drives size productivity and inventory optimization through analytics, dashboards, reporting, and actionable recommendations for size grid strategies.

What you'll do

• Develop dashboards and reports tracking size curve accuracy, grid productivity, and inventory performance.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for analytical needs.
• Measure size offering productivity using data and statistical frameworks.
• Validate machine learning size profiles and provide feedback to data scientists.
• Participate in user acceptance testing for digital sizing tools.
• Communicate data-driven recommendations to operational teams and senior leadership.
• Train users and support adoption of sizing tools and systems.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, merchandising, demand planning, inventory management, or a comparable analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
• Proficiency with SQL or Python for data querying and analysis.
• High proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Experience with data processing platforms such as BigQuery or Looker.
• Strong quantitative analysis, attention to detail, and ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to machine learning or data science workflows.
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn PLM, SAP, SGMT, and SizePro.
