Business/Data Analyst - Training & Certification

Overview

Business/Data Analyst role in Red Hat’s Training & Certification team, focused on using data and analytics to drive customer engagement, consumption, and renewals for RHLS (Red Hat Learning Subscription) customers.

What you'll do

• Establish regular touchpoints with internal stakeholders to understand learning progress and adoption challenges.
• Collect, integrate, and analyze data from multiple internal sources to assess engagement, consumption, and renewal readiness.
• Build and maintain analytical models, reports, dashboards, and automated monitoring for consumption and engagement metrics.
• Partner with sales and data teams to gather requirements, translate them into analytics solutions, and implement initiatives to improve consumption.
• Use SQL, Python, and machine learning techniques to integrate data and build scalable data solutions.
• Continuously analyze consumption and usage data to identify trends, segments, opportunities, risks, and improvements.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, business analysis, customer success analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources and building scalable data solutions and analytical models.
• Strong reporting and data visualization skills to build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and monitoring solutions.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills, including gathering requirements and defining KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
