US Banks Analytics, Associate/Analyst, WM Admin, Wealth Management

Overview

Analytics & Data role for US Banks within Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management organization. You will deliver analytics, insights, and business intelligence to support reporting and strategy for US-based leadership and teams.

What you'll do

• Support US-based colleagues with reporting, insights generation, and process optimization/maintenance for US Banks.
• Conduct KPI reporting, analytical deep dives, client profile analysis, segmentation, and ad hoc strategic requests.
• Leverage data across disparate sources/formats to create and maintain datasets and solutions.
• Build scalable reporting and visualization frameworks for actionable insights and consistent performance tracking/benchmarking.
• Develop analytical solutions focused on automation for new and existing processes.
• Partner with Data Strategy, Infrastructure, and Tech teams to drive continuous improvement in processes and platforms.

What you'll need

• SQL proficiency and hands-on data analytics/data sourcing from multiple data platforms.
• Data programming & SQL experience: Analyst level requires 2–2.5 years.
• Data & Analytics experience: Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years (overall 3–5 years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering/mathematics; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
