BI Analyst

Overview

The BI Analyst will support global end users, administer BI/analytics platforms, and build Tableau and reporting dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

• Provide timely global end-user support through email and ticketing systems.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents and problems.
• Build decision trees to evaluate and escalate issues to internal technology teams.
• Provide regional oversight, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members.
• Configure and maintain user roles and profiles for core analytics platforms such as Salesforce.
• Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Salesforce and Tableau.
• Create and maintain documentation and update the knowledge base for known fixes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and Tableau.
• Proven expertise developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau.
• Demonstrated experience providing technical oversight, guidance, or mentorship to a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to quickly master new technology.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (part in office, part from home).

Details

• Must align work hours with US EST (IST 4 PM - 1 AM IST) with an hour break.
• Requires reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
