Overview

Senior HR Data Analyst role in the Human Resources team in Bengaluru, India. You will analyze HR/workforce data and build dashboards to support strategic HR decision-making.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics.
• Perform statistical analysis of HR data to identify trends and insights across HR areas.
• Develop HR data models and analytical frameworks for workforce and talent planning.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance via data governance protocols and data quality audits.
• Create and present executive-level reports and presentations of complex findings.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of professional experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Expert-level data visualization skills using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Strong Excel skills including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Demonstrated experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and HR analytics platforms.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and quantitative research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into insights.
