Data Vault Engineer - VaultSpeed / Snowflake / Databricks (Remote)

Overview

Work as a Data Vault Engineer supporting client data solution delivery and data modernization initiatives across cloud platforms. You’ll help design, develop, and implement modern cloud-based data solutions for analytics and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

• Support client engagements as a contributing project team member.
• Gather and understand business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical tasks under guidance from senior team members.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, primarily for batch with exposure to near real-time.
• Develop ETL/ELT and data integration processes for data lakes and data warehouses.
• Support data governance, data quality, and documentation and follow security/compliance standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting data issues.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related technical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Foundational experience with SQL and basic data modeling concepts.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or Databricks is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
