Job description

Overview

Own the accuracy, consistency, and scalability of governed payer and provider intelligence assets by mapping records, researching content, maintaining data quality, and supporting data governance.

What you'll do

Map payer, plan, HCP, and provider records into governed hierarchies.
Research and validate plan, organization, PBM, and provider affiliation details.
Assign confidence ratings, document rationale, and prepare validation outputs.
Quality-check junior mappings and resolve exceptions.
Maintain data dictionaries, lineage, metadata, policies, and standards.
Develop data quality dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
Train users and collaborate on data management and product improvements.

What you'll need

3–5 years of experience in payer analytics, data management, content mapping, or a related field.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
2+ years of combined experience with United States healthcare data.
Understanding of formulary, claims, data quality, metadata, lineage, and governance concepts.
Familiarity with payer or provider mapping, SQL, data modeling, and database systems.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
