Overview
Lead payer, plan, and HCP/provider content mapping for governed healthcare intelligence assets. The role combines market-access expertise, data analysis, data governance, quality management, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do
- Map payer, plan, and provider records into governed hierarchies.
- Research and enrich records, including plan types, parent organizations, PBM relationships, and provider affiliations.
- Assign confidence ratings, document rationale, review mappings, and resolve exceptions.
- Validate, cleanse, profile, and monitor data quality across systems.
- Create data dictionaries, lineage documentation, metadata practices, governance standards, dashboards, and reports.
- Train users and collaborate on data management, governance, and product improvements.
What you'll need
- 3–5 years of experience in payer analytics, claims or formulary data management, content mapping, data governance, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience involving United States healthcare data.
- Understanding of formulary data, patient claims data, data quality, metadata, lineage, and governance.
- Familiarity with payer and HCP/provider mapping, SQL, data modeling, and database systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Nice to have
- Experience with Reltio, Informatica, or other master data management tools.
- Familiarity with Snowflake.
